OBITUARYDaniel Trevizo EsparzaAUGUST 15, 1944 – JANUARY 5, 2020
Daniel T Esparza, age 75, passed away peacefully in Glendale, Arizona on January 5, 2020, and was surrounded by his loving family after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Daniel was born August 15,1944 in Windsor, Colorado to Frank and Mercedes Esparza. The Esparza family relocated to Mesa, Arizona in 1945 where Daniel attended Queen of Peace Catholic school, and graduated from Mesa High in 1963.
Following graduation from high school, Daniel enlisted in the United States Army for a three year tour of duty. It was during this time he met and married the love of his life Esther Gonzales.
Daniel was a man of all trades, loved to build things and work with his hands there was not much he couldn’t do when he set his mind to it. Daniel touched many lives because he was a caring, generous, fun loving man always willing to lend a hand to help someone in need. Daniel could light up a room with his funny, comedic nature and beautiful smile.
Daniel is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mercedes Esparza. Survived by his wife, Esther Esparza; daughters Paula, Grace Bernal (Gabriel), Sarah, son; Daniel Jr (Tina), ten grandchildren, two sisters and one brother.

11/11 SOME FOSTER
2/7
LINDA HAS ALSO RAISED 20 FOSTER CHILDREN I didn't actually graduate from MHS. I finished by GED diploma later and then went on to college and became an RN. It was a struggle to raise three children as a single parent and I appreciated the government programs that allowed me to go to college so I could make enough money to support my family which often included extras over the years (21 foster children of various ages and problems). I am retired and a widow. I enjoy my little garden, needlework, reading and volunteer opportunities. It was good seeing the pictures of former classmates. You've done a great job, Tonya.
