Hello,             You all may have known Lawrence for many years. But there is a side that you dont know about. Lawrence C Geer met and fell in love with a women Named Caroll Murphy. My grandmother, they had two children... My aunt who is decieded and my mother. Lawrence is my grandfather. He went away to war several times. they fell apart.   My grandfather left when my mother was 9 years old. Contact was lost. Last they knew was he was station in germany somewere around 1985, he met a new women and had children. Then mothers day 2006 we recieved a phone call from a young gentleman. this was Shean Geer. He had been searching for my mother since he was a young teenager.   My Grandfather and his SON came from arizona to washington to meet al of us. He has 3 daughters (1 decieced) Kimberly, Tabatha, Shanan  and a son Shawn. He also has 7 grandchildren :Tommi 22 , Billy 21, Cara 20, Nicholas 14. Jacelyn 5, Nicholas 2, Scarlette 1... plus 2 great grand children: Ashley 6, Ryan 2...I only knew Larry for 2 years. Then he was taken away by cancer. I never really got the chance to know my grandfather but i loved him dearly. I hope this gives you some more insight. May you rest in peace grandpa!!!! <3

A breif synompsis of post high school Larry joined the navy right out of high school and stayed in for 24 years. In the navy, Larry met his wife Bobbi and they were married in March of 1985. Together they had 2 children, Shanna age 24 and Shawn age 22. After living in Florida for 15 years, the family moved back to Arizona. Larry worked for Mesa public schools assisting special needs children. Larry also had 2 grandchildren, Jacelyn age 4 and Nicholas age 1. Larry was diagnosed with cancer in October of 2008. After a short fight, Larry passed away on December 3, 2008
