DAVID ADAMS
1945-03-15 1984-04-29David Adams 39, died of cancer Sunday April 29th 1984. Mr. Adams was a charter member of Life Underwriters Association and president of Lincoln National Life Sales Corperation. Survivors include his wife Susan; sons Matthew Charles and Stephen Robert. both of Mesa.
David had been a Captain and USAF pilot. He traveled all over the world as a pilot and served one year in Vietnam.
