James “Mike” Jolly, 73 of Mesa, Arizona found peace on August 27th at home. He was born in Oklahoma June of 1945 and lived the majority of his life in Mesa, Arizona where they owned Jolly Air, Inc.
Preceded in death by his loving wife, Judy Jolly and her daughter Lisa Craig. Mike was a devoted husband, loving father, brother, grandfather and good friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing him and his bright blue eyes and beautiful smile.
He had a deep love of hunting, fishing, camping, shooting, boating, fine dining, having parties at the house and grilling. He loved our Arizona outdoors and all the adventures and history it offered.
Survived by his children, Scott Wilson; Michelle and Michael, and their adopted grandchildren/sons Jesse, Mason, Sebastian and Adam, as well as his brother Roy, and Sister’s Janet and Tina.
Known to many as a mentor, friend, father figure, neighbor, Masonic brother, and fun guy who knew how to cook and have a good time; he will be missed.
He was fun at a party and missed Mom dearly so we are glad they are reunited. He loved having his family around him and tinkering on things, especially teaching. He loved the boys and spent as much time with them as he could.
We will be celebrating his life at Dance Starz AZ 5555 N. 7th Street Suite 112 Phoenix, AZ 85014 on September 30th at 6:00 pm. Please address any questions to Michael Jolly (602) 568-1901.
