Dave moved with his family to Arizona in 1961, where he attended Mesa High School and graduated in 1963. CAROL JEAN SADIE (BECHARD)

Deceased:
Carol Jean Sadie, 64, embraced the Lord on Wednesday, March 24, 2010. She was born June 29, 1945 in Bradley, Illinois, the only child to Chester and Rita Bechard. She resided in Kingman, Arizona with her husband, Joseph. Carol attended St. Patrick High School in Bourbonnais, Illinois and graduated from Mesa High School in Mesa, Arizona in 1963. She was a student at Mohave Community College in Kingman where she was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She will be remembered as full of life, a devoted wife and homemaker, a loving and nurturing mother of two children, and most recently, a fun loving grandmother of three children. Her favorite activity was playing with her grandchildren, and was known within her family to connect with them as a close friend. She was an avid reader, enjoyed writing short stories and composing poetry. She was employed by the Superintendent of the Mohave County Schools, Mike File. Carol enjoyed her work and always spoke fondly of Mike and her coworkers, Bob, Debbie, and Phyllis. She was always excited about the holidays because of the funny hats she would be talked into wearing at work. Carol was preceded in death by her daughter Lisa Kay. Carol is survived by her husband of 42 years, Joseph, her son, Joseph Louis, her daughterinlaw, Staca Bren, and her grandchildren, Joseph Daniel, Joshua Alexander, and Ella Lisa. Carol also has two sisterinlaws, Mrs. Kay Pallissard, living in Bourbonnais, Illinois and Mrs. Jean Sadie Cobb, living with her husband, Brian Cobb in Tucson. Carol will be missed by all those she touched, but her family finds comfort in the knowledge that she has been reunited with God and her daughter, Lisa. |
